    ​This is the application for a  booth at the Hard Lox Jewish Food and Heritage Festival.  Hard Lox to be held Sunday, October 14th, 2018 in Pack Square Park from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Please complete this form and  mail your check payable to Congregation Beth HaTephila, 43 North Liberty Street, Asheville, NC 28801.

    Use the prices below to calculate the total cost and send a check prior to the Festival. Hard Lox Booth Space $250 (includes 10’ x 10’ tent, one table, two chairs)  or Hard Lox Booth Space $150 (you provide tent, tables and chairs). Tables (6 or 8 foot) are $20.00 each, and additional folding chairs are $10.00 each:                   ​
